2. About WeYounite
WeYounite is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 85-2641999) dedicated to providing free financial literacy and entrepreneurship education to middle school students. We operate a 12-week after-school program designed for 7th and 8th graders.
3. Eligibility and Program Participation
Program Eligibility
WeYounite programs are designed for students in 7th and 8th grade (typically ages 12-14). Participation requires:
- Current enrollment in 7th or 8th grade at a participating school
- Verifiable parental or legal guardian consent
- Commitment to attend weekly sessions
- Agreement to follow program rules and guidelines
Participant Responsibilities
Program participants agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions regularly and on time
- Complete assigned activities and projects
- Treat instructors, volunteers, and fellow students with respect
- Use program resources and seed money responsibly
- Follow school and program conduct guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and emergency information
- Support their child's participation in the program
- Review program materials and provide necessary permissions
- Communicate concerns or questions to program staff
- Ensure timely pickup after program sessions
4. Use of Website
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Recurring Donations
If you set up a recurring donation, your payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency you selected until you cancel. You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us.
7. Program Operations and Seed Money
Students participating in our program may receive seed money to start entrepreneurial projects. This seed money is:
- Provided as part of the educational experience
- To be used only for approved program-related business activities
- Subject to program guidelines and supervision
- Not a loan and does not require repayment
WeYounite is not responsible for the success or failure of student business projects and does not guarantee any financial returns or outcomes.

WeYounite provides educational programs and information. The content and instruction provided are for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, investment, legal, or business advice. Participants and their families should consult with qualified professionals for specific advice.
No Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeYounite regarding your use of our services.
